'Telang Niwas' is a heritage structure which is being re- constructed. Modernization is the theme that follows in the design of new Telang Niwas. Design is inspired from traditional planning typologies of private and open spaces resulting in semi open yet private spaces that can be seen from the facade of the building. Facade design is inspired from the Jali pattern formed in parametric pattern which makes the building unique and stands out in the vicinity.
