Serenity Sky Villas is a project comprising 10 Villas that are to be built on a hill of Alibaug. Each bungalow is well ventilated and has fully landscaped garden, personalized spa, gymnasium and swimming pool. 3Villas are waterfront on the bank of a man made reservoir designed at the base of the hill (Site). The planning is done considering the natural contours of the site by studding the cutting and filling ratios so as to reduce the cost of the project.
